At Performa IT we can run a minimal commitment pre pay as you go service.
The pre pay as you go support service entitles you to any Salesforce or Pardot related service from Performa IT (we don’t have a restricted set menu unlike most other support providers and Salesforce Premier Support). This support could be Admin, Consulting, Advanced Customisation, APEX / VF and Lightning Component Development, Integration works, Question and Answer, training or just small change requests.
You can purchase credits in day blocks and call upon your credit when you are in need of Salesforce or Pardot assistance.

We have clients who have their own in house Salesforce Admin use this service so they have access to our services for any tasks which may be beyond their own skill set. Some companies also use the service as a backup when their own member of staff is on sick leave or annual leave so they can still maintain service.
For clients with an in house admin we can provide at request full documentation of how we have implemented changes so that the member of staff can keep the details and refer to them in the future potentially negating the need to ask us to keep doing repetitive tasks because their admin can refer back to our notes.
