A family-owned and family-run British manufacturer of Rigid Inflatable Boats and high-spec Superyacht Tenders established in 1998. 

They’re based in Dartmouth, and serve the UK leisure market and international high net worth clients.

Their Challenge

Ribeye wanted to build on their initial Salesforce® CRM success and was looking to use the platform to encompass more of the design, manufacturing and scheduling process. As well as ramp up quality control and improve the customer experience.
