You’ll be:

● A key point of contact, taking calls from clients and triaging their needs.

● Providing customer support, solving problems and finding solutions.

● Learning how to use & configure Salesforce.

● Supporting Business Analysts, PMO and Consultants.

● Quality Assurance testing solutions before they are handed over to clients

● Helping produce documentation and reportsWorking Closely with our Development team 

● Working Closely with our Development team  and more, as you learn
