Pre pay as you go Salesforce Support

At Performa IT we can run a minimal commitment pre pay as you go service.

The pre pay as you go support service entitles you to any Salesforce or Pardot related service from Performa IT (we don’t have a restricted set menu unlike most other support providers and Salesforce Premier Support).  This support could be Admin, Consulting, Advanced Customisation, APEX / VF and Lightning Component Development, Integration works, Question and Answer, training or just small change requests. 

You can purchase credits in day blocks and call upon your credit when you are in need of Salesforce or Pardot assistance.

We have no limit on this service and no ongoing commitment!”

We have clients who have their own in house Salesforce Admin use this service so they have access to our services for any tasks which may be beyond their own skill set.  Some companies also use the service as a backup when their own member of staff is on sick leave or annual leave so they can still maintain service. 

For clients with an in house admin we can provide at request full documentation of how we have implemented changes so that the member of staff can keep the details and refer to them in the future potentially negating the need to ask us to keep doing repetitive tasks because their admin can refer back to our notes.  

Already a pre pay as you go customer?

Requests must be raised via our email address Once the ticket has been raised we will respond via email or phone within a maximum of 24 hours (typically we respond and resolve within 1 business day depending on the time the request is raised and complexity).  We recommend you only provide our support email address to a small number of gatekeepers in order that you control the usage of the credits.

If you would like to see a balance of time purchased vs used then you can submit a request and we will provide you with a usage report.  Credits are valid for up to one year from the date of purchase (invoice date). 
We always honour the discounted rate charged for initial implementation to our clients who chose to implement with us as a gesture of goodwill and thanks for your ongoing custom.

If you require a quicker turnaround on your requests and to gain further value from Performa IT resource, we offer a reduced rate for contracted support provided that a client commits to a minimum term of 3 months to perform work on their Salesforce org/projects.
