What is Salesforce Talent Alliance?

The Talent Alliance connects us with potential new candidates hoping to join the Salesforce community. These people may be starting their career journey or looking to change careers and move into Salesforce; whatever the situation, we’re here to help people on their journey. We’re now in contact with a talented and diverse pool of individuals who we’re aiming to introduce to Salesforce and provide unique opportunities to. 

What exactly are we committing to then?

By committing to the Alliance, we’re pledging to continue building our culture of equality at Performa IT by following inclusive hiring practices. We are also agreeing that 20% of our new hires will have no previous experience in Salesforce as well as giving automatic interviews to certified individuals coming from Salesforce training programs such as Salesforce Military and Pathfinder. According to Salesforce, the Talent Alliance will help us engage with people from communities that are underrepresented in tech including women, Black, Latinx, Indigenous, Multiracial, LGBTQ+, people with disabilities and veterans.

Our Careers page is also constantly expanding and is another great place to look for exciting opportunities. According to the IDC, the Salesforce Economy will add 9.3 million new jobs by 2026 and this is something we’re contributing to!
